We're a UK-based events booking service for nightlife and day parties across Europe and Southeast Asia. We work directly with clubs, beach clubs and boat operators to hold places for our customers, so you can book your night out before you travel instead of queuing for tickets when you arrive.

We run two seasons. Summer in the Balearics — Mallorca and Ibiza — and winter in Southeast Asia, in Bali and Thailand, so there is something on whatever time of year you travel. Mallorca is our largest programme, with dated events across Magaluf, Palma and Puerto Portals. It depends on the event. Some are reserved with a small deposit and the balance paid at the venue, some are paid in full up front, some are paid on arrival, and on certain nights we can put you on a free guest list. Whatever applies is shown on the event before you book, and if you are not sure, message us and we will talk you through it.
Where an event is booked with a deposit, it holds your place and keeps the upfront cost low — which matters if you are booking several nights for a group. It is not an extra fee: it comes off the final price, so your deposit is deducted from what you pay at the venue.
Everything we take is charged in pounds, wherever you are booking. Any balance you pay at the venue is in that country's own currency — euros in Spain, baht in Thailand, rupiah in Bali. Where we show a pound figure for a venue-side cost it is a guide and it moves with the exchange rate.
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details go straight to them and are never stored by us.
You will get a confirmation from One More Night by email as soon as your booking goes through. Your booking is then passed to the event organiser or venue, who issue the actual tickets, wristbands or guest list entry — so anything you need on the door comes from them rather than from us. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and message us on WhatsApp.
Deposits secure your reservation and are non-refundable. If the venue or organiser cancels the event, you can choose a refund of your deposit, a transfer to another date, or a transfer to a different event. The same applies if an outdoor event or boat party is called off for unsafe weather. If a balance has already been paid directly to the venue, that part is refunded by them rather than by us, so you may receive two separate refunds.
We'll make reasonable efforts to let you know. Refunds apply where an event is cancelled altogether; if it goes ahead with changes we can usually move you to another date or another event instead.

It depends entirely on the venue, the night and the size of your group — a midweek table is a very different price to a headline weekend, and it varies from resort to resort. We work VIP on enquiry rather than fixed online prices, which means we can go back to the venue and negotiate the best deal we can get for your group. Message us with your destination, date and numbers and we will come back with the options.

Age restrictions are set by the venue and can differ from night to night, so always check the age policy shown on the event you are booking — most are 18 and over. It is your responsibility to meet that policy, and you should carry photo ID such as a passport or driving licence, as venues can ask for proof of age on the door.
It varies by venue and we list the dress code on each event. As a rule clubs are smart-casual and turn away sportswear, beachwear, flip flops and vests. Beach clubs and day parties are relaxed, so beachwear is fine during the day, and boat trips want swimwear with a cover-up.

When you make a booking through our website, you are securing a reservation for the selected event or experience.
Your reservation is confirmed once any payment due at the time of booking has been successfully received, or once we confirm your guest list place.
One More Night does not issue official event tickets.
We are not responsible for entry decisions made by venues.
Where a booking is secured with a deposit, that deposit is required at the time of booking. It is not an additional fee and is automatically deducted from the total event cost.
Example: on an event where a £9 deposit is taken at booking, that £9 is deducted from the total, and the remaining balance is payable in the venue’s local currency upon arrival.
The deposit contributes towards 24/7 customer support, event coordination, platform maintenance, and administrative processing fees.
All events and experiences are operated by independent third-party organisers.

All deposits paid through One More Night secure your reservation for the selected event or experience. Deposits are taken as part of our booking and reservation service and are non-refundable. The only exceptions are where an event is cancelled by the organiser or venue, or in the exceptional circumstances set out in section 7 of this policy.

If the event organiser makes changes to the event time, location, line-up or venue, we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers. Refunds will only be issued where the event is cancelled entirely. Otherwise, customers may be offered:
Many events, including boat parties and outdoor experiences, are subject to weather conditions.
If the event proceeds, refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions.
If you are unable to attend your booking:
Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event, where possible. Cancellation on medical grounds will require a doctor or hospital note.
Failure to attend the event will be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies or serious unforeseen events, refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion as an exception to the non-refundable rule above. Any such refund is granted on a case-by-case basis and does not set a precedent. Customers may be required to provide supporting documentation, such as:

Payments made through our platform are processed securely via third-party payment providers. One More Night collects the deposit only; the remaining balance is paid by you directly to the venue or organiser, so the two payments appear separately on your statement. All events are operated by independent third-party organisers. One More Night is not responsible for event operations, venue entry decisions, or the event experience. Refund eligibility is based on the organiser's final decision where applicable.
